Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Senior Legal Counsel in Abu Dhabi. The Senior Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice, negotiating contracts, preparing legal documents, addressing legal issues, and offering strategic legal guidance on various matters.

Qualifications

5 - 8 PQE
Must have worked in an international law firm
Must be a native Arabic speaker
Must have extensive commercial experience (high volume contracts & agreements)
Must have the "gravitas" to head up a legal department
Must have the confidence & experience to make legal advisory decisions independently without relying on HQ
